Hi JRMac, I've not seen this on my PC or heard of it, but it does sound like the iLok License Manager service is crashing or hanging. I wonder if it happens again if a simple reboot, or logout and login with fix it.
In the meantime I'll contact PACE and see if they've heard of this issue and are working to address it.
