Sorry to hear that JRMac, i’m still on win7 64bit and did not realise they’ve done away with the services function in win 10.
Hope you get it sorted mate as it’s clearly a major frustration!
I’ve heard of many others getting the issue on win7 and that fix has always sorted it for the people i’ve passed it on to.
