Do you have any MIDI going into the box? You might want to disable those for now.
Also, you might want to try doing a factory reset of the H9. You do this by turning it off and then turning it on again with the right footswitch and the big, black wheel pressed. This will replace any presets on the H9 with the factory presets, but since you just got this H9, I’m assuming that doesn’t matter.
Yes I have turned on the left footswitch with the light on. I also reloaded the OS. There is no MIDI connected. I will try a factory reset once I get home.
