Hi,

Thanks for your help. The USB port does not appear to be damaged but I do have to give the cable a nudge and a wiggle to restart the connection . Any movement to the pedal disconnects it again. It would have been better if the the unit came witha full size USB port or a cable that fits the mini port correctly. I’ve only had it a few days so I’ll be returning the unit and exchanging it for another; I have deregistered the unit and reset it to factory.
