You’re trying to install the update using Bluetooth? There’s a known issue where this can happen using some iOS devices to update an H9. Could you try to update using USB instead from your computer?
I fixed it by forcing both the mac and ios device to completely forget the H9s and then repairing.
Still left with an issue where my H9 max has access to the Pithfuzz, but the H9 core on the same account does not have access to it.
