Hey-

Please be sure that the path UltraChannel is located at is added in the Live VST Location preferences.

The default is C:Program FilesCommon FilesSteinbergVST2 for 64-bit, and C:Program FilesCommon FilesSteinbergVST2 for 32-bit.

Let me know if the issue still persists.
