      Hi guys,

       

      I’ve recently done a fresh install on a new machine and I can’t see Ultrachannel on my list of VSTs. Machine is a Metabox N870HJ running win10 with 32 gig ram. Ableton is version 9.7.5

      Hey-

      Please be sure that the path UltraChannel is located at is added in the Live VST Location preferences.

      The default is C:Program FilesCommon FilesSteinbergVST2 for 64-bit, and C:Program FilesCommon FilesSteinbergVST2 for 32-bit.

      Let me know if the issue still persists.

      I got it to work, but only after installing again to the default location and pointing Ableton at that custom folder. After that, changing the custom VST folder back to where it was made the first instalation location display the vst.
