Sorry to spoil your theory, but the H9 does not use ARM.
Instead, it uses Motorola/Freescale/NXP DSP (Digital Signal Processor) which has a very different architecture.
You are correct abou the amount of resources going into H9control. This is difficult for us, but we are driven by what people want (see the number of Android posts, for example).
