This happens with some iPhones when they are connected to the H9 over Bluetooth. Unfortunately, we’ve never been able to reproduce this problem. So, we’ve never been able to fix it. You’ll need to update your H9 using a USB cable instead.
just for the record I’m getting the error on an ipad pro not iphone, but I’ll try and get a cable 😀
