I updated my H9 Control app to v3.5.0 (Android) and my H9 Max to v5.6.0 and installed the HotSawz algorithm. This worked fine. I then installed v5.6.0 onto my 2 H9 Cores and both went through the installation without any problems. But when I tried to then try some of the new presets on the Cores, H9 Control wouldn't let me access the algorithm on either even though the Cores are registered to my account. It was greyed out and directed me to listen, try or buy.
If you go to Settings and click "Sync algorithms with Server" in H9 Control, you should be able to unlock all algorithms on your Cores.
