I’m having the same problem but on my iPhone, I’m getting a communication failure error & a time out (tried 5 x’s) the h9 just says erase, if I un plug the power & plug it back in the h9 resets. The connection is fine (Bluetooth) the app & h9 run without issue, but it will not update the software with the new algorithm.
What should I try next, don’t really want to have to erase all my presets & start over.
