You should try to reinstall the last update with the H9 connected to a computer via USB using the Direct Updater app. That app comes bundled with H9 Control. On Windows you can find it under the Start menu in the H9 Control folder. On Mac if you open H9 Control and go the Window menu in the Mac menu bar at the top of the screen, there is a link to it there.
