Sorry you are having trouble. But, for us to help you you will have to give more information (the nature of your problem is not clear).
Is your problem:
1) Following an update, your H9 does not power up to an useable state ?
or
2) You are having trouble performing the update from H9Control ?
Either way, please give us the usual three observations:
1) What (exactly) did you do.
2) What (exactly) was the result.
3) What (exactly) did you expect to happen that was different.
