H9 update error

I’m using H9 standard.

I updated it with my ipad but failed and it doesn’t work.

I only can rebbot with pressing HOTKNOB but my ipad or windows fail to connect it.

Any other way to turn on my H9 fails again and again. (Even restore system setting)

 

What can I do for it?

Sorry you are having trouble. But, for us to help you you will have to give more information (the nature of your problem is not clear).

Is your problem:

1) Following an update, your H9 does not power up to an useable state ?

or

2) You are having trouble performing the update from H9Control ?

 

Either way, please give us the usual three observations:

1) What (exactly) did you do.

2) What (exactly) was the result.

3) What (exactly) did you expect to happen that was different.
