I had that happen once myself, Dave [MAX but not Core(s)].  Sorry, I can’t recall the exact fix.  An Eventide TS tweak, or under Settings “Sync Algorithms on H9 with Server” (Restore Purchases), …  Might be able to diagnose with a connection to Eventide Account from H9 Control.
