I figured it out with some online research of other users with other manufacturers. Basically once I kept scrolling down in the clock options and changed the clock on the H9000 to clock from the dante expansion card instead of internal 48k or 96k everything worked 100%.
Thanks for the update. I had ruled out clocking issues based on your description of the digital feedback noise, since in my experience, clocking problems with Dante just cause clicks and pops, and it's good to know that isn't always the case.
