Trying to install new updates on this H9000R lemon. No firmware updates available. I’ve tried to install Emote 1.3, but it says I’m only on version 1.2.2 after installing the update. Neither my Dante nor Pro Tools HD cards work the way they are supposed to. After pumping $7000 into this machine, I am beyond disappointed. I hate to say it, but I think I am just going to give up and return all of this to Sweetwater. This shouldn’t be on the streets if it doesn’t even work. No proper documentation anywhere doesn’t help one bit. 0/5 stars
