I just dragged it into the H9 Control on my Mac and it imported fine.
On iOS devices, you may either
1) email your preset to your own email, and click the attached preset and choose "Copy to H9 Control"
2) Or download the file on your iOS device and place them in the H9 Control folder in your Files app. It will be imported automatically once you open the H9 Control app
