Import/Export preset with H9 control not working between Mac/iPad/iPhone

Hello,

I’m desperatly trying to synchronize my presets between my macbookpro, my ipad and iphone. Everytime I try to export a preset or a preset list from one app to another, I always have the same message : “No data imported! No presets or preset lists were found to import”. Here is an example of file.

Does someone could help me?

I just dragged it into the H9 Control on my Mac and it imported fine.

On iOS devices, you may either

1) email your preset to your own email, and click the attached preset and choose "Copy to H9 Control"

2) Or download the file on your iOS device and place them in the H9 Control folder in your Files app. It will be imported automatically once you open the H9 Control app

Thanks a lot, it eventually worked!!! I’ll remember that the import feature don’t work but should use the mail or copy way.
