Thank you, Jonathan. That’s the same conversation we’ve had with Google in the last 4 months and they still haven’t told or helped us figure out what’s wrong with our payments account. So the results are people cannot make purchases and we have money frozen in the account that we cannot withdraw. I’m sorry about that.
If more people have issues with purchases on Android, please just email firstname.lastname@example.org. There will be an update coming soon to the app where there won’t be an in-app store page.
No worries from me, you all have been great helping me out in this case.
