I bought SpilitEQ last month, but the license was unknown and I had to use it as a demo for a month. And I still can’t activate the product I purchased. What the heck is going on?
The reply to my email instructed me to log in to the portal, so I tried again and again to log in at the link, but I could not.
And I was surprised. I can’t believe that EVENTIDE is still running such a problematic shopping process. It’s a very confusing shopping system. Your Audio products are world class, but consumer satisfaction is at an all time low because of this confusing process. I can’t recommend buying your products to my friends.
Please take care of it so that I can use it as soon as possible.
