Hi docmidnite, if you assigned yourself a custom PIN, you may need to contact support@eventide.come for assistance. If you did not assign yourself a custom PIN, then the default PIN is the last four digits of the serial number of the pedal, which you can find on the bottom of the pedal itself, or it appears in the Bluetooth pairing list on any mobile device or computer. You can also find the serial number in the pedal’s System Settings.
