• For [P]rogram Active / Bypass, go to System settings, and Select MIDI.  Turn Select to the 3rd page – Global Ctl.
• Turn the Quick Knob 1 – Parameter all the way down to [P] Act/Byp.
• Turn Quick Knob 2 to choose your CC#.
• Confirm by pressing the Perform switch.
