Fresh out of ideas here. I can’t think of any settings you may have missed.
It seems unlikely that the TRS cable or one Ampero switch went bad, as you say they worked just fine in the H9.
You could verify by testing the TRS with an ohmmeter / multimeter for continuity. Or a known good TRS out the Ampero to meter-test it. All I got.
