Have now the Eventide Device Manager installed on an other PC (win 10).
It opens and does nor crash any more.
It recognizes Device Name, Version 5.2.0 (6) and serial number.
BUT just the Firmware Updates menu is available,
so I update, even it says 5.2.0 (6) is on the Pitchfactor.
It seams to update and after about 8 or 9 minutes it says
“your device needs to be rebooted manually. after rebooting reselect your device.”
I do so but only to enter again in the Firmware Updates menu of de EDM…
I already updated (?) 4 or 5 times, but it´s a loop, I end always at the same place…
frustrating!
