If the audio interface is first and the H9000 second, I had to send audio out not on usb 1 & 2 but on the AGGREGATE channel number for the H9000 to see it. For example I have 34 channels on my audio interface, so I have to send audio over channels 35 & 36 and the H9000 will see it on channels 1 & 2.
