Emote is just a control application, it does not do any audio routing. All of the routing needs to be done via your DAW.
It may be easier to have the H9000 as the first device in the aggregate device. This way, inputs/outputs 1-16 in Logic will match the input/output channel numbers of the H9000 USB. If you do this, you’ll need to set Logic’s master output to be channels 17-18.
