I don’t think an option to target specific FX chains with an instance of Emote is something we will pursue. There are many variable with how a user can route audio from their DAW to an FX Chain and it would be difficult to account for this.
The best way to think of Emote as a plug-in is a way to automate parameters using Functions and recall your settings using the DAW state recall. Only one instance is needed and can be placed anywhere in your DAW project.
