Thanks for your reply, if this is something that could be changed by software update and not a hardware built in issue it’s good news.
I will appreciate it a lot if you fix it sometime in the near future, as the “Force mono” is meant for stereo rigs but a bit confusing because using the stereo inserts in various positions is probably a common use.
