A few I would add (may as well necro this thread rather than creating a bunch of new ones):
-More global utility options such as noise gate, compressor and EQ (or even better if they can be assigned on an algorithm by algorithm basis)
-A parameter to control the decay on the noise gates in the distortion algorithms
-A programmable pattern delay where you can choose the time/subdivision for each delay up to say 8 or 16 delays. I know there are preset pattern/rhythmic delays, but this would let you create your own rhythms. If they could be pitched differently too that would be incredible, although that would be a real monster of an algorithm im sure.
-An assignable LFO or envelope that could be applied to any parameter in any algorithm on a per patch basis. Possibly a warp option that does the same to any parameter. Kind of a global assigns menu of things you can do to parameters.
-Graphic screens to show things like parametric eq bands, or threshold reduction in compression
-More options with the synth stuff, such as FM synthesis
