Thread autoresuscitation, inspired by some stray thoughts.
I find it amazing just how far the tools have progressed over the past five (or 9) years this thread has been around. Let alone the 30+ years of looping electrons, or the pioneering tape techniques for decades before that. Even if you’re uninterested in looping, there are transferable skills that will apply to other approaches.
I’m still using the H9s / H90s for micro- & macro-looping applications. Algorithms paired with / without the dedicated 60 sec. Looper can an endless source of inspiration. As most of the images (and links) here have been lost to the ravages of time, I’ll link a more recent example.
