I would have done it like that:
Input 1 from Eventide into SEND 1 from Boss ES-8
Output 1 from Eventide into RETURN 1 from Boss ES-8
Input 2 from Eventide into SEND 2 from Boss ES-8
Output 2 from Eventide into FX SEND from the Amp. FX RETURN from the amp into RETURN 2 from the Boss ES-8
