Assuming you have a laptop at your gigs, I think you have all you need already.
What I’m hearing is that you:
1. have a master list of more than 40 programs, and
2. need to be able to generate new set lists on the spot in 5 minutes or less.
Here’s one way to do that:
Start a new list using the “+” icon on the bottom left of the H90 Control screen.
Select the “Program” button at the top center of H90 Control screen. You will see all of your programs from all of your lists in the center of the screen.
If necessary, select the word “list” to sort the programs you see based on the list name (alphabetically). If you name your master-list wisely (like maybe A-Master-List), you won’t even have to scroll down to see and access all of your master-list programs. They’ll be listed right there. If necessary, just scroll down until you get to your master-list.
Finally, populate the New List in the proper order by dragging and dropping master-list programs into the New List on the left. Done.
Now the last step can be a little counter-intuitive the way the drag and drop works. Here’s how I suggest you do it.
Select (in the New List on the left) the intended destination for a program. To do this, just click it once with your mouse. It will then be highlighted.
Then select the program you want to drag into the new list by clicking it once. At this point both the destination and the desired program will both be highlighted. After that program is highlighted (because you just clicked it), drag and drop the program into the intended destination in the new list. Strictly speaking you must click that program a second time to start the drag and drop process.
Repeat for each program until the new list is completed. Done.
Please let us know how this works for you. Maybe I misunderstood something important?
