I must admit i’m a bit baffled by the posts about re-ordering set lists. Investing in something like a Morningstar MC6 pro would offer a number of ways to solve this issue with ease. You could still use the scroll method if you wish and the MC6 Pro allows you to drag and drop programme changes within a bank and then scroll through them, up to 24 per bank.  Or you could have a bank per song and have up to 24 versions of the song in a bank, different keys and so on. Or you can simply use the assigned PC numbers for each version of the song/programme arranged in up 128 banks which could be different versions of the set lists for different bands etc. Once you’ve assigned PC numbers for each programme you can order them or bank them any way you want. You could even just write out a set list with the PC number next to the song title depending on the gig, key and which version of the programme you need. You can also incorporate simultaneous programme changes for other devices, synths and so on.  The idea of relying on the H90 alone to scroll through programme changes would really do my head in. It also squashes some of the creative use of the device by being stuck in a list. With an advanced midi controller you can step outside a list anytime you want if a particular sonic idea comes into your head and then step back in again. My 2 p’s worth.
