I posted this a few months ago and it’s probably been asked by many but I’ll do it again since it’s driving me completely mad!!! Lol! As a sax player, the tones of the harmonies I can get to emulate a brass section with Eventide are light years ahead of the competition for a pro user in a live setup. I’ve tried many… Still, I’m about to drop my H90 for another multi-effect for one silly software issue. I have one program for every song depending on the voicings of the horn section I want to emulate and I have to follow the different keys. Sometimes I have even two or three per song when it modulates. Since, the setlists are always slightly changing. I have to do the copy and paste dance during 15-20 minutes at every gig. I use about 40 programs every night! Why???? Couldn’t we have a simple way to just drag, drop and shuffle the lists?? Just like I do with my charts in ForScore? It takes me 30 seconds to get my charts ready. I really hope that you guys come up with a solution. Another summer of gigs fooling around in your companion app will get the best of me even if I really want to keep that amazing sound you guys are giving us. I really don’t want to swap for an Helix. If you want to stay ahead in the game and appeal to pro live users, the ability to easily follow our setlists really seems like a reasonable request. Don’t you think?
Apologies, I was only skimming these as they came into my inbox and to my simple mind you’d made this sound like a “complex” needful scenario. I actually don’t find it “hilarious” when someone tries to be helpful and the great “we”, whoever they are, comes back with a demeaning response.
