I have a similar concern with the space available to view preset parameters. However, IMHO:
1) The new screen-resizing update has reduced the need, and
2) I would improve the matter by adding a toggle option for the six gray program parameters at the bottom of the screen instead of the side-list. IME the gray parameters are used/viewed far less often than the side-list and so this option would involve less toggling back and forth. This would also reduce/eliminate vertical scrolling up and down since up to six more preset parameters (for each preset) now would be visible most of the time.
