… way to mimic these two features on it!…

Mimicking additional features usually means using a second Preset type – in Series or Parallel – external control, and/or HotSwitch mapping, with a dose of creative thinking.  All of which is pretty straightforward, once you know your way around the H90.

… I really like having the choice between harmonized and simple parrallel pitching shifting. It seems parrallel pitch shifting is only available on the Polyphony algorithm which has 2 voices instead of 4 for Quadravox …

Polyphony / PolyFlex use the latest tech, and among the more accurate ones.  But don’t discount the other Harmonizer algorithms.  Each one brings a unique set of secondary features to parallel pitch shifting.  Have a look at H910 H949, HarModulator, etc.

… Being able to turn pitch tracking on/off the way it is handled by the plugin would allow a lot more harmonic possibilities. I was also looking for mentions of how panning works in this algorithm and couldn’t find anything, is hard panned for each voice ? …

Isn’t QVox modeled after the original PitchFactor effect?  In any case, you can shut off any of the 4 voices, if that’s what you mean here.  Voice A & C hard-panned left, Voices B & D hard-panned right.  Pitch Mix shifts the ratio between the 2 pairs of voices.

Another thing you might try is using one of the just-released Vocalxxxx algos.  VocalShift has a lot of control over each of the 3 scale-constrained voices, and it’s hardly limited to processing of vocals.

… I really like playing with panning on each voice for pitched delays…

Within many of the algorithms, you’re all set for panning per-voice.  At times, ‘split’ the voices from centered to L&R widening.  If not, here’s where that 2nd Preset comes in.  I’ll often narrow or expand the spatial placement using a following algo in Series.

… Also noticed I could do it with Harpeggiator but not being able to creat my own sequence seems too restricted, couldn’t find any info on how panning is handled for this one either…

Yeah, user scales have been a frequent request since the ‘Factor pedal days.  But with all of the combinations of (pitch) Sequences, Rhythms, & FX, you can still manage some surprising results.  Here are a few examples, in a Preset List for the H9.  You can load this into the H90 at some future point:  Seq View – 50 HarPeggiator Presets

Similar to the QuadraVox panning: the “A” processing is hard left, the “B” processing is hard-right, with Arp Mix controlling the ratio between the two.

    … Please tell if I missed anything!…

It’s just a lot to absorb without having an H90 in front of you.  The H90 Control app gives you visual feedback on nearly every aspect of what’s going on, while you’re getting the audio feedback from the hardware.  And if you ever get stuck, the (constantly updated) online manual is a click away, focused on the algorithm you’re working with.
