After a little more thought & refinement … I attached a Program here to get you started.
- The three HotKnobs adjust the effect mixes, delay times and distortion components.
- EXP pedals vary the Pitch Mix in a subtle way, or add Feedback to the delay lines.
- AUX or HotSwitches change up harmony intervals, for 3 variations on the base Program set.
I like the idea of using momentary switches to do hammer-ons & pull-offs, much like a Digitech Impossible or HammerOn pedal can do. They’re easily accessible, and help to break up the static nature of the ‘overdubbed’ guitar voices.
A bit of pre-H90 overdrive doesn’t hurt the emulation.
