Hi, I’d like to please request that the inserts have the ability to be split into their respective send and return controls, similar to how it is done on the Helix/HX units.
For example, there could be an Insert 1 Send, an Insert 1 Return, Insert 2 Send, and Insert 2 Return.
This would allow for a lot more routing flexibility and full use of the hardware I/Os where sometimes it might not be possible with out switching to Dual Routing, but even that would be a bit more limited than this concept.
My use may be a little less traditional because I split my input signal to both the H90 and HX Stomp, have each in each other’s effects loop, and run independent stereo outs from each unit. I find this to already allow for some really creative routing, but it could be so much more. In my specific use with an HX Stomp, I would like to:
- Use a mono Send L block on the HX Stomp to “Insert 1 Return”, via In 3, on the H90, which is placed pre A.
- Then place “Insert 1 Send” via Out 3, placed post A, to the HX Stomp’s mono Return L block.
- Repeat the above using the Stomp’s Send R and Return R and the H90’s “Insert 2 Return” and “Insert 2 Send”.
