first of all thanks for getting a swift reply. Really appreciated the fact that you guys just got back to me and just sent a new set of boards out on the same days with priority shipping to make up for it. The good news is that FEDEX just delivered some 2 hours ago – awesome, couldn’t be more happier about how generously and unbureaucratic you have handled things here. KUDOs to the people in the shop btw and thanks for a great customer experience. That said, I hope you are able to recover the one that went to Africa.
