My H9 Gen 2 came with software version 1.0.1.85.
I have just installed the Eventide Control app on my MacBook Pro and connected the H9 via USB. The app said a software update was required. When the update completed the H9 was running version 1.1.7.135.
And now the Tuner does appear when I press and hold both footswitches for a few seconds.
