        In the user manual it says to press and hold the Left and Right Footswitches together while in Select Mode to access the tuner.

        I have tried this multiple times and holding the footswitches for different lengths of time, but the tuner never appears.

        Is there some setting that I might have changed that might be preventing the tuner from appearing?

        All other functions of the pedal appear to be working correctly.

          I am having the same issue. I’ve attempted the process numerous times and nothing happens?

            My H9 Gen 2 came with software version 1.0.1.85.

            I have just installed the Eventide Control app on my MacBook Pro and connected the H9 via USB. The app said a software update was required. When the update completed the H9 was running version 1.1.7.135.

            And now the Tuner does appear when I press and hold both footswitches for a few seconds.

              Glad to hear you resolved the issue.

              That is correct, you must update the firmware to 1.1.7 to unlock the tuner.
