Hi.

I'm using a triple AUX switch but already using each switch for
different function: flexlearn, BK- and Tap. Is there another way to access the
tuner rather than being on the Play node and holding the two right switches?

You can drive it from the AUX switch (UM p.44), but sounds like this is already busy. Another option is MIDI.

My AUX switch is full and I don't use MIDI.

It's still MIDI-based, but using only one MIDI cable, one footswitch, and this.  I'm sounding like a marketing rep for MIDI Solutions here lately, but they do offer … well, somewhat unique solutions for MIDI.
