After installing ilok nothing works now Logic no longer works

Hi I ordered the new splitEQ and grabed a few demos of a few other items to try.

I installed iock I got it started and I could see the items in it but when I click on splitEQ to activate it ilk froze up and every time I re-start it is is froze now.

when I go to start logic it will now freeze trying to do a scan so I am dead in the water now I can not work..

how can I fix this right away I need to get back to work..

So far I am regretting buying this.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Can you please let me know what OS and what version of Logic you are running? Can you also confirm that you are running the latest version of iLok License Manager?

Does the issue persist after restarting your computer? If it does, can you try uninstalling the iLok License Manager and then opening Logic?

Hi I did get it working I had to re-boot and then the Ilok worked and found everything..
