What happens with the algorithms when going through the de-registration/re-registration process? The device in question is a ‘standard’ apparent from the box, but on power-up it shows ‘H9 Max’ on the LED screen.
If its de-registered do the extra algorithms stay with the first user or with the pedal so that the new user can continue to use them without having to ‘max out’ the pedal?

Once a pedal has been Maxed Out, it will always have all of the algorithms.
If you let me know the serial number of the pedal, I can confirm if it is an H9 Max.

Yes, you can write out the serial number (don’t post a picture of it)

Thanks, that is a Max and will always have all algorithms.

Yes, please ask the current owner to deregister it before sending it to you.
Otherwise, you will need to email support@eventideaudio.com with a picture of the serial number, and we can deregister it for you.
