      Update seemed to be successful but now when I try to save a preset, I hold the encoder button, a few lights on the screen turn yellow, then the display reads "bad save". Can anyone help??

      Try doing a "clear all" (see UM). This will erase all saved presets. If this doesn't do it, support@eventide.com
