Bad update message

      Trying to update my H9 got the message “ bad update” sometimes changes to “ready” ,tried restart pushing hotknob, hotknob/right button , USB and Bluetooth control , still not working .
      Any suggestions?

      With so little information, it is hard to say anything.

      Can you tell us how you are performing the update, what the relevant versions are, and the EXACT sequence of events and FULL text of all messages. If these vary, give several examples.
