        Roughly how long should it take to get the License and S/Ns?

          I still have yet to receive (I assume) via email a Licesnce or S/N. If my assuption is incorrect I need to know what else I should be doing ASAP please.

            If you buy Blackhole on our website, the license is deposited to your iLok account directly at the end of the purchase process.  Did you already buy the plugin, or are you thinking of buying the plugin?

              Sorry, I looked up your account.  You don't have the Blackhole license yet.

              You bought Blackhole at store.eventideaudio.com?  In any case I forwarded your forum post to one of my colleagues and asked them to help you.

                As Greg metioned, licenses are sent within minutes of placing your order. Can you please email nsanchez@eventide.com with your order number or paypal transaction ID so that we can look it up for you?
