Blackhole in Bidule, preset management and midi connection

I’d like to know your points regarding the developer’s considerations.

Hi unguitar-

Our plug-ins use our own .tide format for presets, saved at ~/Documents/Eventide/<plugin name>/Presets. We do this so presets can be saved and acessed from any of the three plug-in formats we support (VST/AU/AAX). Unfortunately, this means that to use the MIDI preset switching in Bidule, you'll have to load the presets you desire through our menu, and save them using Bidule's plug-in menu.
