Brand new sealed H9 Max

        I got a new and factory sealed H9 Max and when I opened thd box the H9 looked like it was used before. I found marks and the dial (encoder/switch) is chipped.

        I am sure someone missed it at the quality control check point.

        Is it possible to replace the encoder / dial ( plastic part)?

          Could you send an email to support@eventide.com to ask about that?  We do have spare parts, but I'm not sure about that particular part.
